Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be accepted, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With original tags and packaging included

Items that are damaged after use, washed, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Sale items, discounted items, or special promotional products may also be non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the best possible solution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
